Since 2021 I’ve been deep in digital marketing — Facebook and Instagram ads, Google Ads, targeting, landing pages, funnels, websites, and chatbots. Most of that work was done as a freelancer behind the scenes, building systems that agencies then delivered to their own clients under their own name. Real campaigns, real funnels, real results — just never under my own brand, because I never needed to. The work always came through people I already knew.

Before that I spent 15 years in business strategy, development, and operations — managing projects, building processes, and making things work in environments where resources were tight and results actually mattered. And before all of that, I was a teacher. I mention that not because it’s recent, but because it’s relevant: I know how to explain complex things clearly, and I know how to hand something over in a way that people can actually use.

Over the last few years I’ve added AI and automation to that stack — n8n, Make, CRM integrations, AI-assisted chatbots and follow-up flows. That combination is what led me to build Business Growth System Sprint. I kept seeing the same problem everywhere: coaches and service businesses with real audiences and real interest coming in, losing those leads to disorganisation and lack of follow-up. The tools to fix it existed. What was missing was someone who would actually build the thing. So I do.

I work with a limited number of sprint clients at a time, which means your project gets full attention — not a task handed off while someone else manages your account. I’m your single point of contact and the person accountable for every deliverable from start to finish.

I build the system, hand it over, and you run it. No ongoing retainer required, no dependency on me after delivery. If a project needs specialist skills outside my core stack — design, development, advanced integrations — I bring in trusted people. But the accountability stays with me.

Everything is delivered remotely. All calls are via Zoom or Google Meet. I work in English and Russian.
